渡槽双曲面球型减隔震支座设计及减隔震效果

摘    要:结合南水北调中线沙河南—黄河南沙河段工程,借鉴桥梁相关规范和设计经验,采用双曲面球型支座减隔震技术对渡槽进行隔震设计,提出了支座设计流程及支座关键部位球芯的详细设计步骤;然后应用SAP2000有限元软件,分析渡槽结构的动力特性和地震响应,并采用非线性时程分析方法和减震率指标与渡槽铅芯橡胶支座、高阻尼橡胶支座的减隔震效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用三种隔震支座后,渡槽支承结构顶部位移及底部剪力都明显减小,但双曲面球型减隔震支座的渡槽减震效果更好。

Design and Isolation Performance of Aqueduct with Double Spherical Seismic Isolation Bearing
Abstract:Combining with south Shahe River-south Yellow River in Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project and referring the codes and design experiences of bridges, the isolation design of aqueduct was designed by the double spherical bearing seismic isolation technology. The design process of the double spherical bearing and detailed design steps of the ball core was presented, which is the key part of the bearing. A finite element dynamic model of the aqueduct was established in SAP2000 to analyze the dynamic characteristic and seismic response of isolated aqueduct. Nonlinear time history analysis method and damping rate were used to compare the isolation performance with lead rubber bearing and high damping rubber bearing. The results show that the displacement at supporting structure top and shear at supporting structure bottom decrease obviously but the rage of the isolation performance with double spherical bearing is better.
