摘    要:针对水利加固改造工程的特点,构建了评价指标递阶层次结构及模糊层次分析法与前后对比分析法相结合的效果后评价模型,并将模型应用于南四湖二级坝二闸加固改造工程实例中。评价结果表明,该模型对水利工程加固改造效果综合评价有效、可行,可供借鉴。
