| 摘 要： | 在综合分析已有研究成果的基础上，分别比较了三峡水库汛末推迟蓄水方案和提前蓄水方案对三峡工程防洪，发电及航运的影响，并对各蓄水方案的综合效益进行初步评价，归纳了各蓄水方案的利弊。所得结论可供三峡工程正式建成后制定调度运行方案时参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive analysis on available studies of impouding scheme of the TGP, this paper compares the benefits and losses between postponed impouding water and ahead impouding scheme respectively. Their impacts on the flood control, electric generation and navigation are also estimated.Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of each operating scheme are concluded. The results can be used for the TGP operation. |
