摘    要:水电项目建设全寿命周期存在较多的不确定性因素,风险预测和控制较为困难,而工程保险可很好地进行风险转移,已被广泛用于我国水电项目的风险控制中,带动了工程保险市场的发展。面对竞争激烈的保险市场,优选保险公司是亟待解决的问题,将综合权重法用于工程保险决策中,提出了工程保险决策模型,并通过实例分析证明了该模型的合理性和实用性。

Abstract:There are various uncertainty factors in the full life cycle of hydropower project.Therefore,it is more difficult for the risk prediction and control in hydropower project.However,the engineering insurance can transfer the risks safely.In recent years,engineering insurance has been widely used in controlling the risks of hydropower projects in China,and the engineering insurance market is developed therewith.Facing with the fierce competition of the insurance market,it is a very urgent issue for the policy holder to choose appropriate insurance company.In order to solving this problem,integrated weight method is applied to establish the model of engineering insurance decision-making.The rationality and practicability of the model is verified by the case studies.
