摘    要:鉴于现有规范中尚无土工膜与逆止阀连接部位施工质量检测的相关规定,以南水北调东线山东段大屯水库工程为例,基于连接部位及逆止阀的设计要求,对土工膜与逆止阀连接部位进行了拉伸试验,论证了螺栓连接方式的合理性,并研制了整体密闭性质量检测装置,检测了两种压力水头下连接部位的渗漏情况。结果表明,连接部位强度大于土工膜材料本体强度,利用螺栓连接逆止阀与土工膜具有可靠性;两种加压情况下连接部位均未发生渗漏。

Abstract:In view of no relevant provisions on the test and quality inspection of the joint of PE geomembrane and clapped valve in national standards, taking Datun Reservoir in east route of SNWDP in Shandong Province for an example, tensile test of connection position between geomenbrance and clapped valve is carried out based on the design requirements. And the rationality of connection style of bolt is demonstrated. Then the whole tightness quality inspection device is developed. Finally, the leakage test of the connection part is proceeded under two pressure conditions. The results show that when the strength of connection part is higher than base material, the bolt connection mode is reasonable, and no leakages are found in both two tests.
