| 摘 要： | 以灰色系统的灰关联决策为理论基础,针对洪水调度的特点,采用随机赋权法确定权重,并与Monte-Carlo模拟方法相结合,提出了一个切实可行的多目标水库洪水调度的灰关联决策模型。以洪家渡水库为例进行灰色优选,表明了该方法的合理可行性,从而为洪水调度方案的优选提供了新的决策方法。

| Abstract: | Base on the theory of grey system,a new grey relational decision model of multi-objective flood dispntch is proposed in this paper.In the model,the stochastic weight assignment method is used to determine the value of weight.And then Monte-Carlo method is used to solve the model.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model is illustrated by a case of hongjiadu flood operation. |
