摘    要:为预测渡槽在冬季输水过程中的水温变化,根据稳态传热过程进行理论分析,并引用导热微分方程和牛顿冷却公式进行计算,以庄浪河渡槽为例,分别计算不保温、表面采用5cm厚的聚氨酯保温板两种情况下水随时间散失的总热量,并求得相应的水温。计算结果表明,在冬季低温工况下,渡槽内外温差大,水散失大量热量,水温降低幅度大,需采取保温措施防止水温降低,以保证渡槽在允许水温下正常运行。研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。

Winter Water Temperature Prediction of Rectangular Aqueduct
Abstract:According to theory analysis of the steady-state heat transfer process, differential equation of heat conduction and Newton cooling formula were adopted to forecast winter water temperature change of water delivery process in aqueduct. Taking Zhuanglang river aqueduct as an example, the total amount of loss heat along with time were calculated under 5cm thick polyurethane insulation board with or without, and the corresponding water temperature was obtained. The calculation results show that under low temperature condition in winter, a large temperature difference between inside and outside leads to loss of heat and water temperature reduces greatly. Therefore, it should take measures to prevent the drop in water temperature so as to ensure the normal operation of aqueduct in allowing the water temperature. The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
