| 摘 要： | 以价值理论为基础,将物元可拓法、模糊数学法、层次分析法等有机结合,提出了水资源价值评价方法,并以济南市为例对其水资源价值进行了综合评价、对水资源价格进行了估算。结果表明,济南市水资源价值较高,地下水价应为地表水价的2倍左右。

| Abstract: | Integrating element extension,fuzzy mathematics and stratified analytic methods,this paper proposes the method of water resources value assessment based on value theory.It takes Jinan city as an example to assess its water resources value and estimate water resources price.The result shows that the water resource value in Jinan city is higher,and the price of ground water is about twice of that of surface water. |
