光伏发电系统的新型DC/DC变换器设计

摘    要:针对传统全桥DC/DC变换器存在的硬开关损耗和因开关管开关特性不一致使变压器原边磁芯单向饱和问题,设计了一种用于光伏发电系统中的移相ZVS全桥DC/DC变换器,控制电路采用基于芯片UC3875的双环反馈方案,驱动电路由专用驱动集成芯片IR2110S构成.不仅实现了开关管的软开关控制、降低开关损耗、提高系统效率,还可解决偏磁问题,使变压器的磁通密度工作接近于饱和点.实验样机的研制验证了设计的可靠性.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of hard-switching loss and one-way saturation of transformer magnetic cores caused by inconsistency switching characteristic in traditional full-bridge DC/DC converter, a novel phase-shift ZVS full-bridge DC/DC converter used in photovoltaic power system is designed in this paper. The control circuit adopts double-loop feedback program with chip UC3875 and the driving circuit is composed of the dedicated driving integrated chip IR2110S. This converter can achieve soft-switching, reduce the switching losses and improve the system efficiency. Moreover, it eliminates the magnetic bias, and the work of the transformer flux density can approach the saturation point. Finally, a prototype is built for verifying the design reliability.
