摘    要:为解决可再生能源弃风、弃光现象与不平衡功率惩罚较重等问题,提出了一种多时间尺度下考虑光热—储热的主动配电网主辅联合调度策略。该策略在满足内部负荷前提下参与电能与备用日前市场,考虑含光热—储热的主动配电网协调调度风电、光伏、需求响应,在促进风光消纳、减少不平衡功率的同时提高主动配电网运行经济性。首先根据含储热的光热电站与主动配电网调度控制方式分析运行机理;其次,日前调度以减少弃风、弃光电量与收益最大为目标,考虑市场竞争与主辅出清机制以获取更高中标电量,并结合含储热的光热电站能量时移特性减少弃风、弃光现象;日内调度以日前实际出清作已知约束,并将日前调度计划、日前调度资源性能与日内超短期预测特性相结合建立日内滑动优化点,以减少不平衡功率,考虑储热与需求响应的时间尺度特性结合,运行成本最小为目标构建日内调度模型;最后,在Matlab中利用CPLEX求解模型,算例结果表明所提策略能协调调度各类资源,有利于提升系统风光消纳,减少不平衡功率改善系统运行经济性。

Abstract:To solve the problems of wind curtailment,solar curtailment and serious penalty of unbalanced power for renewable energy,this paper proposed a multi-time-scale joint dispatching strategy of active distribution network.This strategy considers the active distribution network including thermal storage CSP to coordinate and dispatch various resources to participate in the day-ahead energy and auxiliary markets,promotes wind and solar consumption,reduces unbalanced power,and improves operating economy.Firstly,operation mechanism was analyzed based on the coordinated dispatch control of active distribution network and CSP with heat storage.Secondly,day-ahead scheduling took minimum of wind-solar curtailment and maximum of benefit as the goal and the day-ahead actual clearing as constraints.The more bid electric quantities were obtained considering market competition and clearing mechanism.The wind-solar curtailment was reduced based on CSP energy time shift characteristics.Combined day-ahead scheduling and resource properties with ultra short-term prediction,intra-day slide optimization model was established to reduce unbalanced power.Finally,considering time-scale characteristics of heat storage and demand response,the intra-day scheduling model was established taking the lowest operation cost as model.The model was solved by using CPLEX in Matlab.The results of examples show that the proposed strategy can coordinate various resources,which is beneficial to improve wind and solar consumption and reduce unbalanced power as well as improve operating economy.
