珠江三角洲水资源配置工程自密实混凝土配合比优化设计试验研究

摘    要:自密实混凝土工作性能对原材料的波动较为敏感,工程应用中往往需要对实验室给出的自密实混凝土配合比进行优化设计。通过试验研究了砂率、石子掺量、粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土工作性能的影响。试验结果表明,过大或过小的砂率都会对自密实混凝土的工作性能产生不利影响;当石子粒径较小时,可考虑增大石子用量;在变换粉煤灰掺量时,应根据原材料情况调整水的用量及减水剂的掺用量。在保持满足工作性能要求的基础上,通过调整石子和粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土的配合比进行优化设计,为自密实混凝土配合比优化设计提供参考和建议。

Abstract:The working performance of self-compacting concrete(SCC)is sensitive to the fluctuation of materials.In engineering applications,the design of the mix proportion often needs to be optimized.In this paper,the influence of sand ratio,gravel content and fly ash(FA)content on the working performance of SCC were studied through experiments.The test results show that there is a negative impact on the performance of SCC when the sand radio is too big or too small.When the gravel is with a small size,the gravel content can be increased.When changing FA content,water content and the dosage of super plasticizer should be adjusted according to the parameter of materials.On the premise that the working performance meets the requirements,the mix proportion of SCC is optimized by adjusting the amount of stone and fly ash,which can provide reference and suggestion for optimization design of SCC mix proportion.
