摘    要:为了合理有效地评价现役水工钢闸门的安全性,结合水工钢闸门结构和受力特点,引入安全度的概念,建立了一种评价闸门结构安全的方法。该方法将闸门结构予以分层,将构件分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ类。在确定每层各类构件的安全度后,借助层次分析法确定每层内某类构件的权重得到层安全度,从而评判闸门结构的安全状态。实例计算结果表明,结构整体安全度约为1.70,与试验评定结果较为吻合,说明计算结果能够准确、客观地反映现役闸门结构安全状况,验证了该评价方法的正确性和实用性。

Safety Evaluation Method Research of Existing Hydraulic Steel Gate
Abstract:In order to evaluate the safety of the hydraulic steel gate in service effectively, combined with the structure characteristics and stress state of the steel gate, a gate safety evaluation method was established by introducing the concept of safety degree. In this method, the gate structure was divided into several layers and basic components in every layer were classified into class I or II. After determining the safety degree of various components in each layer, the weight of all the components were determined by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Then, the state of the gate can be identified in sequence through the calculation results of the safety degree. Case study shows that the safety index of the gate is about 1.70, which demonstrates the consistence of experiments results and evaluations results. It proves this method's validity and practicability for the safety evaluation of the hydraulic steel gate.
