摘    要:水轮机吸出高度是一个综合的技术经济指标,它不仅是确定水轮机安装高度的重要参数,也影响水轮机的汽蚀性及安全稳定运行。在四组不同吸出高度下,通过现场真机测试,一方面验证了溪洛渡电站机组吸出高度设计的合理性,另一方面找出了不同吸出高度对真机稳定性指标的影响规律。试验结果表明,在低负荷区,机组摆度、振动幅值随吸出高度增加逐渐减小;在高负荷区,吸出高度对机组摆度、振动幅值的影响不明显;不同吸出高度对机组稳定性指标的频率成分无影响。研究成果有助于理解不同吸出高度对大型混流机组稳定性指标的影响。

Impact Analysis of Different Suction Heights on Generator Sets Stability Index of Xiluodu Hydropower Plant
Abstract:The suction height of water turbine is a comprehensive technical and economic indicators, which is not only important to determine the height of the turbine installation parameters, but also have impact on cavitation and safe stable operation of hydrogenerator. Through on-site real test, in four different suction heights, the rationality of suction height design of Xiluodu power station unit is verified, and the impact law of different suction height on the stability index of unit is obtained. The results show that in the low load region, the unit swing and vibration amplitude increases with decreasing of suction height. In the high load region, suction height has no obvious impact on the swing and vibration amplitude of the unit. Different suction height has no impact on the frequency component of unit stability indicators. The research results will help us understand the impact of the stability index about different suction height of large mixed-flow unit.
