摘    要:目前,水库通常仅选取一场洪水过程作为典型,确定的汛限水位为一个值或一个动态控制域,洪水资源利用率仍有提高的潜力。通过分析暴雨洪水演化过程中的相似性指标,基于历史洪水资料分析了暴雨洪水在形成过程中的相似性,对暴雨洪水的天气成因进行了定性分析,分别采用相关系数法和加权距离系数法计算了暴雨洪水演化过程的相似系数,从而对暴雨洪水进行了分类,并以大伙房水库为例,根据暴雨洪水的相似性,将洪水分为三类,为汛限水位动态控制的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:At present, a typical flood is selected to determine flood control water level as a single value or a dynamic control domain while the utilization ratio of flood resources can be raised. The similarity indexes of storm flood in evolutionary process are analyzed. And the similarity of storm flood is analyzed with historical flood data. Then the weather causes of storm flood are analyzed qualitatively. Finally, the similarity coefficient of storm flood is calculated by using correlation coefficient method and weighted distance coefficient method. Thus, the storm floods are classified in terms of the features in different stages of evolutionary process. Taking Dahuofang reservoir for an example, the storm floods can be classified into three types, which provides a basis for study of dynamic operating flood control water level.
