| 摘 要： | 从水量、水质、成本角度综合分析了大连市本地水资源、非传统水资源(尤其是中水、海水)、外调水的利用状况及其对水资源配置的影响,揭示了大连市水资源利用从单一的使用传统水源将向多渠道开发水源转变的必然趋势.指出了制定各种水资源配置策略及其利用的优先次序,合理有效地配置各种水资源、充分发挥各自优势将是大连市水资源合理配置研究方向.
