摘    要:为分析株洲市水系连通需求,首先从水系连通能提高城市防洪排涝能力、改善河湖水质、保障河流生态需水、保障城市供水安全、促进水生态文明城市建设及其不利影响六个方面阐释了水系连通的利弊;其次综合分析了株洲市现状防洪排涝能力、水质达标情况、生态缺水量、城市供水安全和水生态文明建设五个方面,得出了株洲市有必要实施水系连通的结论,可为株洲市水系连通的实施提供依据。

Analysis and Discussion of Water System Connectivity in Zhuzhou City
Abstract:In order to analyze the demand of water system connectivity in Zhuzhou City, the advantages and disadvantages of water system connectivity are explained from the following six aspects: improving the urban flood control and drainage ability, improvement of water quality, protecting ecological water requirement, guaranteeing water supply security, and promoting the construction of ecological civilization city. Then the current situation of flood control and drainage capacity in Zhuzhou City, water quality standard, ecological water shortage, urban water supply security and ecological water civilization construction were comprehensively analyzed. Finally, it drew a conclusion that water system connectivity is necessary to be carry out in Zhuzhou City. Therefore, the study can provide the basis for implementation of water system connectivity in Zhuzhou City.
