基于FAHP的水利工程项目成本风险管理研究

摘    要:针对我国水利施工企业的工程项目成本管理较大程度上仍延续计划经济时期的粗放式管理,应用风险管理理论对水利工程项目成本风险因素进行识别,建立了风险因素的层次结构,将层次分析法在模糊环境下进行扩展,引入三角模糊数的概念构建了水利工程项目成本风险评价模型并进行了实例应用.结果表明,应用水利工程项目成本风险管理可提高水利施工企业工程项目成本精细化管理水平,取得了良好的成本管理效果.
