| Abstract: | The dam safety comprehensive appraisal expert system is designed to apply the empirical knowledge of experts in the field of dam safety monitoring which is reorganized and compiled by knowledge experts in a process of inference to perform computer based comprehensive analysis, appraisal and auxiliary decision making on dam safety. The objective, overall structure and specialty general constitution as well as the network are also discussed. |
