环境脆弱性研究进展综述

阐述了脆弱性的定义与内涵,综述了生态系统、自然灾害系统、地下水系统和水资源系统领域的研究进展。针对目前环境脆弱性评价研究中存在指标赋权的主观性强、脆弱性评价大多是平均情况的评价、缺少对极端情况的评价等问题,指出今后将会在环境脆弱性形成驱动力和物理机制、环境脆弱性评价方法、环境脆弱性评价内容的全面性和规范化以及3S技术在环境脆弱性评价中的应用等方面开展深入研究,为环境的可持续发展和区域防灾减灾提供理论依据。

A Survey on Progress of Environmental Vulnerability Research

The definition and content of vulnerability were elaborated.The research progress of ecosystem,natural disaster system,groundwater system and water resources system were reviewed.The shortages of the environment vulnerability research were pointed out:The weight of target was given subjectively;The vulnerability assessments mostly were to the average situation,lacking of vulnerability comments of the extreme situation.A prospect was done to the future research.It includes the further enhancement on the driving influence and physical mechanism,the environment vulnerability assessment methods and content of integrity and standandization,the application of 3S in environment vulnerability assessment.These researches will provide the theory basis for the environment sustainable development and the region disaster prevention and disaster reduction.
