摘    要:针对水库水沙联合调度方案评价的复杂性及单一评价方法存在的局限性,以向量夹角和最小为优化目标,提出了基于向量夹角和最小的组合评价方法,并以溪洛渡和向家坝梯级水库为例,将该方法应用于水库水沙联合调度的非劣调度方案评价中。结果表明,组合评价方法的计算结果与各单一方法的计算结果相关程度高,可同时反映方案间的优劣次序及其相对优劣程度,其评价结果符合水沙联合调度的客观规律。

Abstract:Considering the complexity of the evaluation of reservoir water-sediment joint operation schemes and the limitation of the each single evaluation method, a combination evaluation method is suggested based on optimal objective which minimizes the sum of vectors angles, and applied to the evaluation of the Pareto optimal operation schemes of the water-sediment joint operation between Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba Reservoir. The results show high correlation between combination evaluation method and each single method. Moreover, both the superior order and relative superior degree of operation schemes can be given in proposed method, which accords with the objective law of reservoir water-sediment joint operation.
