摘    要:以云南滇中地区为背景,针对具有外流域调水的水资源大系统优化配置问题,建立了以缺水量最小、调水工程规模最小及调水量最小为目标函数的水资源大系统优化配置模型。通过将其中的调水工程规模最小及调水量最小以外调水量尽量均匀的方式转化为自优化模拟的最优控制准则,将以上多目标转化为以缺水量最小为主目标。采用动态规划和自优化模拟混合模型的分解协调技术对模型进行求解,得出不同方案下的水资源优化配置成果,并分析了解决滇中地区缺水所需的外流域调水工程的合理规模。

Abstract:Based on the background of Dianzhong district in Yuannan province,an optimal distribution scheme model of large water resources system was established with multi objectives of minimizing water shortage,capacity of water diversion and actual water diversion quantity.The multi objectives were simplified into only one main objective of minimizing water shortage by transform other two objectives into optimal control rule of Self-optimization Simulation(SOS) in the way of try to smooth the water diversion process between different time steps.A decomposition-coordination of dynamic programming and SOS was used to solve the model.Optimal distribution scheme of water resources as well as the optimal capacity of water diversion was proposed.
