摘    要:针对设计洪水过程线分时段同频率放大法的不足,基于相似原理建立了一种推求设计洪水过程线的优化模型,该模型不仅完全控制了设计洪水洪峰和洪量,而且保持了典型洪水模式,同时还避免了徒手修匀工作,减少了人工参与带来的任意性。

Abstract:Design flood hydrograph is the base of flood prevention planning. The method that enlarges the model hydrograph by keeping the peak discharge and flood volume of different periods in the same frequency (design frequency) is normally used in practice. This method has two obvious shortages: one is that he handwork is hard and the other is that the typical module is reduced. In order to overcome these shortages, this thesis sets up an optimal model to calculate the design flood hydrograph based on similar principle. The new method not only fully controls the peak discharge and flood volumes of design flood but also holds the typical flood pattern.
