| 摘 要： | 利用江苏省1997年供水业投入产出表,从供水业的投入产出价值的成和影响力系数,感应度系数等方面对供水业在江苏省国民经济发展中的作用和地位,与其他部门之间的关系进行了分析研究,指出水价偏低是造成目前供水业发展缓慢,不能满足不断增长的水资源需求的根本原因,同时从成本推动价格变化的角度分析了水价调整对国民经济各部门的影响,给出了不同行业水价调整幅度的建议。 |

| Abstract: | On the base of 1997 water supply input output table of Jiangsu province, the role and status of water resources sector in the national economy and the relationship between water supply sector and other industries are discussed from many factors, such as influence factor, induction factor and so on. At the same time, the authors also point out that the lower water price leads to slow development and the lack of water resources. In addition, the possible affect of the water price adjustment on other industries is analyzed in this paper. |
