POA算法在水库水沙联合调度中的应用研究

摘    要:为使水库保持最佳的发电效益,同时又能最大限度地保留有效库容,利用多目标规划方法构建了水沙联合调度多目标规划模型,模型由水库优化调度模型及泥沙冲淤计算模型两部分组成,通过水位参数的传递实现子模型的结合,并利用改进逐步优化算法对模型进行求解。以三峡电站的实际数据为例进行了计算,结果表明模型得到的数据合理、计算速度快,为研究水库泥沙问题提供了重要依据。

Abstract:In order to maintain optimal power benefit and maximum effective reservoir storage capacity,water-sediment joint optimal scheduling model is established by using multi-objective programming method,which is composed of reservoir optimal scheduling model and sediment erosion calculation model.The two models are banded together though the transfer of water level parameters.Improved progressive optimality algorithm is adopted to solve the model.A practical data of Sanxia hydropower station is used for the simulation.The results show that the model is reasonable and has quick computation speed,which provides basis for study on sediment problems in reservoir optimal scheduling.
