中性点经小电阻接地配网系统的故障定位

摘    要:对配电网常用的故障定位方法进行了分析与研究,结合上海某地区中性点经小电阻接地配网系统的故障特点,指出目前常用的故障指示器的故障判定逻辑的优缺点,提出一种新的用于中性点经小电阻接地系统的故障指示器判定逻辑,以及新逻辑的实现方式。

Abstract:Normally used measures of fault location in distribution network are studied and analyzed.Combining with the fault features of low resistance grounding distribution system in certain district of Shanghai,merits and demerits of common used fault identifying logics are analyzed.A new identifying logic and its realization for fault indicators applied in low resistance grounding system is put forward in the end.
