摘    要:变电站中主变压器公用控制柜等箱体及建筑物内部存在长期温度过高的共性问题。这种持续高温的情况会对设备寿命及安全造成极大隐患。在应用被动式零能耗辐射制冷超材料技术(包括辐射制冷涂料、辐射制冷膜等被动制冷降温产品)的基础上,对变电站中主变公用控制柜等暴露在烈日下的密闭设备及设施在应用被动式零能耗辐射制冷超材料技术前后的降温、节能、可靠性、安全性和寿命等有益效果进行了系统研究。

Abstract:There is a common problem of long-term high temperature in the main transformer public control cabinet and building in the substation.This continuous high temperature situation will cause a great danger to the life and safety of the equipment.Based on the application of passive zero energy radiation refrigeration materials technology(including such passive cooling refrigeration products as radiation coating and radiation refrigeration film),a systemic research was conducted on the beneficial effects of cooling,energy saving,reliability,security and life for the substation main transformer public control cabinet,and other airtight equipment and facilities in the hot sun exposure before and after the passive zero energy radiation refrigeration materials technology was applied.
