城市水资源协调配置问题中的双层规划模型及其应用

摘    要:双层规划模型是将经济效益作为分析中的首要上层目标,将配水量作为首要下层目标,以此对水资源配置系统中所具有的不确定性及层次性进行解析。通过将双层规划模型应用于实际案例,并利用满意度算法进行数据计算分析,获取项目在不同情景方案下的最优结果,并为项目的决策层提供可靠的决策支撑。

Bilevel Programming Model and Its Application in Coordinated Allocation of Urban Water Resources

Abstract:In the bilevel programming model,the economic benefit is regarded as the primary upper objective in the analysis,and the water allocation is taken as the primary lower objective,so as to analyze the uncertainty and hierarchy of water resources allocation system.By applying the bilevel programming model to actual cases and using the satisfaction algorithm for data calculation and analysis,this paper obtained the optimal results of the project under different scenarios.The decisionmaking level of the project can be provided with reliable decision support.
