摘    要:采用湿压缩技术可以降低压缩机出口的温度,有效解决裂解气的结焦问题.采用CFD方法对某离心压缩机进行了湿压缩的气动性能分析,将气动计算所得到的叶片表面压力加载到CAE模型中,从而进行了湿压缩的强度校核.结果发现:在合理选取的进气温度为30℃,喷水量为工质流量的1%时,此压缩机的出口温度明显降低,流量增加,单位质量工质所需...

Abstract:The use of wet compression technology can decrease the outlet temperature of compressor,which can solve the problem of Pyrolysis gas coke effectively.CFD and CAE methods were adopted to predict the characteristic of wet compression for centrifugal compressor.It is found that the outlet temperature decreased clearly,the mass flow increased,the input power of per kilogram refrigerant decreased,when the inlet temperature was 30℃ the quantity of water spray was 1% of total refrigerant flow which were properly chosen;the effect to blade strength was small when the diameter of spray water was 5μm.This study provides a foundation for the development and safety utilization of wet compression for centrifugal compressor.
