沼气脱硫技术研究进展

摘    要:沼气通常含有少量的H2S,在使用过程中会对金属设备和管道产生强烈的腐蚀,并产生SO2等有害气体污染环境,故须对沼气进行脱硫处理。目前工业应用较多的传统沼气脱硫技术包括干法脱硫与湿法脱硫,但却存在着脱硫成本高、易产生二次污染等问题。生物脱硫、原位脱硫、废水脱氮与沼气脱硫耦联工艺以及三氯化铁吸收—电化学再生脱硫等新兴的脱硫技术,因具有能耗低、无二次污染等优点而越来越受到人们的重视,具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:A small amount of hydrogen sulfide was contained in biogas,which might corrode metal equipment and pipeline,and made environmental pollution cause harmful gas emission of sulfur dioxide.The traditional desulfurization technologies for biogas was included the wet and dry technology,which were widely applied in industry.However,the disadvantages of the traditional desulfurization technologies was that high-cost and secondary pollution.New desulfurization technologies,such as biodesulfurization,in-situ desulfurization,coupling denitrification from wastewater and desulfurization from biogas and desulfurization with absorption by ferric chloride-regeneration by electrochemistry,which was attracted more and more attention,also have a good prospect due to its advantages such as low energy expenditure and few secondary pollution.
