摘    要:通过实验研究了采用硫酸浸出工艺从蛇纹石中浸出硫酸镁盐及活性二氧化硅.采用循环酸浸工艺,不仅降低硫酸消耗、提高镁的利用率,使酸浸废液的排放量降至极少,同时采用常压室温的结晶方法回收酸浸滤液中的硫酸镁,降低了镁回收工序的能耗,酸浸滤饼活性二氧化硅具有较好的反应活性.

Abstract:Serpentine contains large amounts ofMg, Si etc. but its development and utilization is still at the preliminary stage. In order to get magnesium salt and active silicon oxide from serpentine, sulfuric acid leaching process was investigated. Cyclic acid leaching was used, which could not only reduce the consumption of sulfuric acid and improve the utilization of magnesium, but also the emissions of acid leaching effluent fell to minimal. At the same time, magnesium salt got from acid leaching filtrate by the way of atmospheric pressure at room temperature crystallization, which could reduce the energy consumption of magnesium recovery process. The active silicon oxide from acid leaching cake has good reactivity.
