轧钢碳套炉辊冷却系统耦合传热数值模拟研究

摘    要:以高温环境下的炉辊为研究对象,建立了炉辊内气体流动与传热的物理和数学模型,利用FLUENT软件进行流固耦合传热数值模拟.研究分析结果表明,通过有限差分计算所得的温度场分布与实际情况基本吻合,从而验证了模型的有效性.在此基础上,对不同冷却气体参数及辊子结构下的通气冷却效果进行了分析,为气冷辊的优化设计提供依据.

Abstract:Based on the carbon roller in high temperature, a physical and mathematical model of air flow and heat transfer was established. The 3D coupled system was simulated by FLUENT. The results showed that the calculated temperature was consistent with the field measu- rement, which proved the validity of this model. By analyzing the cooling effect under different parameters of cooling air and roller, theoretic foundation for structure improvement and referential value for redesign was provided.
