摘    要:新良特钢公司与北京科技大学合作进行了电弧炉底吹技术的开发,设计开发了电弧炉底吹系统,其中对电弧炉底吹位置、底吹气体流量,N、Ar切换工艺,底吹与炉壁枪的配合等进行了研究,确定了电弧炉底吹工艺操作.经过现场实践证明,使用电弧炉底吹技术,钢水温度均匀,钢水成分均匀,渣中FeO含量降低,冶炼时间缩短;耐火材料寿命提高;电弧炉...

Abstract:The Special Steel Plant of Xinliang cooperates with USTB to develop and design the bottom stirring system in EAF. The bottom stirring positon, the gas flow, the N/Ar gas switchover, and the teamwork between the bottom stirring and the oxygen supply are studied, then the productive prcess is confirmed. The result in practice shows that bottom stirring system can uniform steel temperature, decrease FeO content in slag, increase yield of metal and desulfurization degree.
