摘    要:常规感应加热电源的设计是基于形状和密度规则的金属加热,由于不规则加热金属在感应线圈行走速度相同,造成在同样的功率下加热金属出现温度不均匀的现象。提出了一种新的模糊控制方法,改变常规的模糊控制输入量,根据加热金属形状和密度的不同,实时调整功率的大小。在MATLAB中进行仿真,仿真证明该方法改善了常规模糊PID控制方法和以往感应加热电源设计的不足,具有有效性和广泛应用性。

Abstract:The design of usual induction heating is based on metal heating of regular shape and density regulation. As irregular heating metal passed the induction heating with the same speed, the phenomenon of temperature non-uniform was appeared under the same power heating. A new fuzzy control method was introduced to change the usual fuzzy control input and adjust the power in time according to the different of heating metal shape and density. The simulation took place in the MATLAB, and the result showed that this method had improved the defects of the usual fuzzy control and former induction heating design, it was effective and wide practicable.
