高炉水渣转鼓渣水分配器计算研究

摘    要:水渣转鼓是CISDI转鼓法水渣工艺的核心设备,为使其受载均匀确保设备长寿,通过对渣水混合物从水渣槽流出在转鼓内轴向分流的过程的相关研究,并建立相应数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对不同条件的渣水混合物在转鼓内的流量分配进行计算分析.研究结果表明,通过对分配器的设计改进来有效改善转鼓的受载.生产实践证明,本计算办法完全可以为水渣系统中水渣槽和分配器的工程设计提供定量的参考依据.

Abstract:This paper illustrates the way improving drum loading through proper distributor design. As core equipment in granulation drum process of CISDI, uniform load contributes its longer equipment life. This is proved by researches on the process of slag/water mixture flowing from granulation trough to axial diffluence in the drum, as well as calculations on flow distribution of slag/water mixture in the drum under various conditions by the aid of relevant mathematic and finite element model & corresponding FLUENT software. Prac- tice has proved that the calculation method to provide quantitative reference for engineering design of slag tank and slag distributor in water slag system.
