大型稀有金属板带真空退火炉加热控制系统

摘    要:针对大型真空退火炉多温区加热温度精确度和均温性控制难点,研究了基于Fuzzy—PID的多温区加热模糊控制策略,研制了工控机IPC+PLC+欧陆3504+KTY3S晶闸管调功构成真空退火炉加热高精度控制系统。系统投入稀有金属大型真空退火炉运行,在加热温度精确度和均温性控制上取得显著效果,具有典型的应用价值。

Abstract:According to the control difficulties in the large multi-temperature zone heating temperature accuracy and uniformity of vacuum annealing furnace control system, the article studied the control strategy based on Fuzzy-PID fuzzy multi-zone heating, and developed the IPC + PLC + Euro3504 + KTY3S constituting a vacuum thyristor power regulator annealing furnace heating high-precision control system. The control system has been put in operation in rare large vacuum annealing furnace controling, which has achieved significant effect in heating temperature accuracy and uniformity control with a typical application.
