摘    要:以VD炉底吹氩精炼过程中钢包钢液流场为研究对象,建立了其CAE仿真模型;并将该模型用于某钢厂230 tVD炉钢液流场的研究分析中,其计算结果与生产现场情况基本吻合,从而进一步证明了该CAE仿真模型的正确性;也为VD炉的研制和改进提供了可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:The CAE simulation model of VD furnace was established,the model was applied to 230 t VD furnace in some steel factory,and the fluid flow in the ladle was simulated.The simulation results agreed production field well,which validated our simulation model and provided reference for the development and improvement of VD furnace.
