大圆坯连铸凝固传热过程的数值模拟

摘    要:以Φ600 mm大圆坯连铸为研究对象,建立了描述连铸大圆坯凝固传热的柱坐标一维瞬态传热数学模型,计算了连铸坯的温度场,并分析了拉速、过热度和钢种对铸坯表面温度和凝固进程的影响.分析结果表明拉速对凝固终点位置影响明显,拉速每提高0.05 m/mm,凝固终点后移约3.87m.其计算结果与实际生产的实测数据吻合良好.

Abstract:Taking the 600 mm round bloom as research subject,a 1-D transient mathematical model in cylindrical coordinate system was built to describe heat transfer during the solidification of round bloom,and the temperature field of round billet with diameter of 600 mm was computed based on the mathematical model.The influences of casting speed,superheat,and the steel grade on the surface temperature and solidification process were analyzed.The results show that the primary influence on the position of solidification ending was due to the casting speed,solidification ending will move 3.87 m in the withdraw direction per 0.05 mm increase of casting speed.The computing results comply with the actual measured data well.
