摘    要:开关损耗是困扰高频大功率逆变器正常运行的关键,通过研究感性、容性和阻性负载下逆变器SIT的开关损耗变化特点,在实验研究基础上,研制成功200kHz、75kWSIT感应加热电源。

Abstract:Switching loss during the commutation of current is a main problem for the normal operation of the high frequence and high power inverter. A 2O0 kHz. 75 kW SIT inverter for induction heating was developed on the basis of the research and tests, through the study of the features of the switching loss of SIT under the inductive, capacitive and resistive loads.
