电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题的试验研究

摘    要:以大港电厂2×328.5MW机组锅炉为例,对四角切圆燃煤锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题进行试验研究。在原型锅炉基础上,按1:20的比例搭建试验台。针对原炉初步设计方案,在冷态空气动力场模化试验台上,进行一次风同心反切燃烧炉内冷态试验研究。利用IFA300热膜风速仪,结合飘带观察法,对不同燃烧器布置方式下炉内空气动力场进行测量和观察,并与数值模拟结果进行对照,掌握燃烧器区域气流特性,提出解决电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题的合理建议。

Abstract:A test-bed was set up based on a Dagang power plant 328.5MW boiler unit,on a scale of 1: 20.Using Concentric Firing System(CFS),experiments were carried out on the test facility with hot-wire anemometer for air velocity measurements in the furnace.The air flow in the furnace was observed under different arrangements of the burners.The flow characteristics in the combustion region are shown in com-parison with the numerical simulations.Suggestions on resolving high-temperature erosion of the water cooled wall are made that will be useful for engineers in the design and improvement of boilers.
