摘    要:合理配加热装铁水及DRI,使得冶炼的ER50—6焊丝钢残余Cu控制在0.10%以下,通过采取严格控制电炉、LF精炼和连铸控氮措施后,显著地降低了ER50—6焊丝钢中的氮含量,使得成品的氮含量达到70×10^-6以下。大大改善了该钢种的拉拔性能,基本满足了用户使用该钢种不经热处理直接拉拔成直径0.8~1.2mm细焊丝的要求。

Abstract:We properly controlled the harmfull-element copper under 0.10% after charging hot metal and DRI by taking the measure of controlling EF, LF and continuous cast to reduce the N]. The amount of N] in the wire has been less than 70 × 10^-6, by which improved the quailty of the welding wire steel ER50-6 in a 70t mini-line.
