| 摘 要： | 以实现高精度、大区域范围的风能资源评估和风电功率预测为目标，分析了基于电网建立区域化综合测风系统的必要性，并研究了风电测量与功率预测控制系统的主要性能。该系统可为区域风电科学规划、大型风电基地的建设、风电场和电网的可靠运行提供技术指导和支撑。

| Abstract: | Aiming at accurate assessment of wind resource in large area and high precision prediction of wind power, the necessity of synthetical regional wind power measurement system is analyzed, and the main capability of the wind power measurement and power forecast control system is presented. With the help of this system, technical guide and support can be provided for planning of regional wind power, construction of large wind power farm and reliable operation of power grid. |
