大型变压器低压侧出口短路事故探究

摘    要:介绍了综合利用短路电流值和波形、绝缘电阻、色谱、直流电阻、变压比、绕组变形等资料和手段判断大型变压器低压侧出口短路事故的严重程度、被损坏绕组的相别,为故障的处理提供参考。应用上述方法分析了330 kV炳灵变电站1号主变事故,放油进人检查并经吊罩解体证实了分析的正确性。

Research on Large Transformers Short-Circuited at Low Voltage Terminal

Abstract:The short circuit which occurs at the LV terminal of a large transformer always results in severe consequences. To evaluate the severity of damage and identify the damaged windings, this paper presents a method that uses the comprehensive information, including the value and waveform of the fault current, insulation resistance, oil-dissolved gas analysis, winding resistance, turns ratio, deformation detection, and it is of significance to the fault elimination. The method is applied in analyzing the fault occurred to No. 1 main transformer in Bingling Substation and it proves correct through inspections both before and after dismantling of the transformer.
