挑流板减轻水轮机泥沙磨损的试验研究

摘    要:在陕西南郑县茶房寺水电站应用挑流板减轻混流式水轮机泥沙磨损的试验,收列了显著效果。用挑流板挑流,就是在水轮机前盖板或顶盖板内表面加焊间距、高度适宜的辐向挑流板.改变水流形态,以减轻磨损。

Test and Research on Decreasing the silt wear of Turbine by ski-jump Method

Abstract:Application of the ski-jump method achieves remarkable results for decreasing the siltwear of mixed flow turbine. This method is to weld some radial steel plate with suitable intervaland height on the internal surface of front cover or top cap of turbine which is the easiest wearedparts and the siltladen flow is jumped away from the intemal surface of front cover for decreasingwear.Also the bush can be installed in front cover or top cap as the wear is serious and the ski-jump plates are welded on the bush.
