变压器健康状况评估与剩余寿命预测

摘    要:建立了变压器健康状态三级评估模型,在模型中引入了电力设备健康水平指数计算公式,然后对公式进行推导,得出剩余寿命、未来健康指数公式,并应用所建立的模型对一座500 kV变电站变压器的健康水平指数、剩余寿命、未来健康状况进行分析和计算,经验证评估,结果与设备的实际情况相符。

Transformer Condition Assessment and Residual Life Prediction

Abstract:A three-tier assessment model of transformer condition is established in this paper, and the electrical equipment health index formula is introduced in the model, and then a formula is derived to obtain the residual life and future health index formula. The model thus is used in the condition assessment and calculation of the residual life for a 500 kV transformer substation. The results arisen from the process are found to be in conformity with the actual conditions.
