特高压电网对福建电网安全稳定影响研究

摘    要:分析了交、直流特高压电网对福建电网安全稳定的影响,研究了特高压交流电网、特高压直流系统发生故障时福建电网的安全稳定性以及受端换流站附近交流电网单一或严重故障对直流系统的影响及系统安全稳定水平。分析了特高压电网对福建电网短路电流和无功补偿的影响以及1000kV/500kV电磁环网的解环等问题。结果表明:大容量直流输电系统单极/双极闭锁后主要问题是引起局部500kV网架过载:交流特高压线路单一乃至个别多重故障情况下福建电网均能保持稳定运行。福建电网具有较大的抗扰动能力。

Influences of the Ultra High Voltage Grid on Security and Stability of Fujian Power System

Abstract:The impacts of the ultra high voltage (EHV) AC/DC grid on Fujian power grid are analyzed in this paper. The security and stability of Fujian power grid and the interactions among the AC and DC system are studied under the single/double faults of EHV AC transmission lines and monopolar/bipolar block faults of EHVDC system near converter station. The Influences of EHV grid on the short circuit current and reactive compensation in Fujian power grid and the opening of electromagenetically coupled power loop of 1 000 kV and 500 kV are discussed. The research results show that monopolar/bipolar block faults of EHVDC system will lead to the overload in some 500 kV transmission lines in Fujian network, and Fujian power grid will be stable under single and some double faults of EHV AC transmission lines. Fujian power has a good ability against power disturbances.
