摘 要: | 随着水文气象预报技术的进步,水雨情测报系统的完善和水调自动化系统的投运,动态控制刘家峡及以下电站的运行水位已成为可能,效果明显。本文通过分析多年黄河上游水库水电站运用规律和运行特点,结合实际调度经验,提出了水库运行水位动态控制的建议。

Abstract: | With the improvement of hydro-meteorological forecasting,the development of measurement system of runoff and rainfall and the application of reservoir operation automation system,the dynamic control of operational water level of Liujiaxia and other runoff hydropower plant is becoming true,and scooping out the potential and distant benefit of hydroelectric power.The regulation and operation characteristics of cascade hydroelectric power stations in the upper reaches of Yellow River were analyzed,and it was suggested that the operational storage level should be dynamic controlled by practical experience in reservoir operation. |
