| 摘 要： | 鉴于失压断流计时仪在电能计量装置发生故障时计算故障期间电能表漏计电量的（只知道断流失压时间，然后由失压时间计算出嘴部电量），提出新型失压检测器。该监测器不需要假定三相电流平衡，也无需知道计量二次回路接线阻抗就能准确计算出失压时漏计的电量。

| Abstract: | With reference to the inconveniences of the no-voltage time recording device in calculating the missing electricity not measured during the period when the energy meter fails, this paper presents a new no-voltage monitor. The monitor is able to work out precisely the missing electricity not measured at no-voltage without assuming the three-phase current is in balance, and without knowing the second-loop connection impedance. |
