| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外主要电网发展和互联的经验,分析了国外典型大停电事故的经验教训,指出我国电力实行统一规划和统一调度对于保证电网安全运行的重要性。在分析国外电网大停电原因的基础上,指出大停电事故与同步电网规模的关系,提出保证我国电网安全稳定运行应做好的工作。

| Abstract: | Developing process and interconnection of overseas power grid is reviewed.Reasons of overseas typical large-scale blackouts are analyzed deeply.The importance of implementing unified planning and unified scheduling in China to ensure operating safety of power grid is presented.Lessons to be drawn and enlightenment to the development of power grid in China are pointed out based on the reasons analysis of overseas blackouts. |
