黄河上游河曲地区人工增雨的基本条件和催化作业对策

摘    要:通过对黄河上游河曲地区的大气环流、水汽输送特征和6~9月的云及降水特征的分析,探讨了实施人工增雨催化作业的主要对策。本文认为积层混合云降水是河曲地区降水的典型特征;在针对积云单体采取地面作业的同时,可对逐渐发展的层状云系实施飞机协同作业,在提高催化效果的同时可望减小下游出现洪峰险情的压力;对不同云系进行实时监测、识别和把握有利的作业时机及部位是提高人工增雨作业成效的关键。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the features of atmospheric circulation,transfer of water vapor,cloud and precipitation from Jun.to Sept.,the realization of rainfall enhancement and the counter-measures were studied.It was realized that the cumulostratus mixture was the typical feature in Hequ region,aiming at the single cumulostratus would be operated on the ground,for the developing cumulostratus would be operated both on the ground and from the airplane in hope of enhance the precipitation but mitigate the flood peak in downstream area.The key matters of precipitation enhancement rest with the monitoring of clouds and distinguish.
