高压共轨喷油器动态响应特性研究

摘    要:简述了影响高压共轨喷油器动态响应特性的各种因素,分析论述了节流孔板的进油孔、回油孔流量,电磁铁弹簧预紧力,电磁铁吸力,调压弹簧预紧力,控制阀衔铁升程以及喷油器体偶件间隙对动态响应特性的影响,并得出结论:改善喷油器动态响应特性的主要方式在于优化节流孔板进油孔、回油孔的流量,针对喷油器的不同要求,需要对节流孔板的进回油流量进行优化,来实现动态响应的优化。

Abstract:Influential factors which affect dynamic response characteristics of high pressure common rail injector were discussed in the paper.Throttle orifice plate inlet flow,outlet flow,solenoid spring preload,solenoid suction,pressure adjustment spring preload,armature lift of control valve and coupling gap of injector body were elaborated from the point view of dynamic response characteristics for common rail injector.A conclusion can be drawn that the key way to improve dynamic response characteristics of common rail injector is to optimize inlet and outlet flow of throttle orifice plate.
